Italian Pizza Catering!

Surefire Pizza provides a unique catering experience! We cook delicious hand made pizzas on the spot. Our imported Italian wood fired oven, mounted onto a custom built trailer, cooks pizzas in about 90 seconds at over 750°.

Our pizzas are produced and cooked the way it’s been done in Naples for generations. The pizza is fragrant, thin, and soft with a slightly crispy crust, and is made with the best imported & local ingredients.
